Our Goals
The Bouligny Improvement Association is bounded by St. Charles Avenue on the north, Napoleon Avenue on the east, Upperline Street on the West and Magazine Street on the south. Our neighborhood has gone through many changes, but has remained a viable residential and commerical section in Uptown New Orleans. The B.I.A. continues to effectively maintain the quality and character of our neighborhood post-Hurricane Katrina.
The B.I.A. is a non-profit neighborhood organization in the parish of Orleans and state of Louisiana.
Join us to regroup, to be more effective, to get to know each other and to have our voices heard.
