Bouligny Improvement Association

Nell is a Association Manager and has served on the B.I.A. Board for many years. She has served as our President since 2008.

Nancy has lived in the same house in the Bouligny neighborhood for 23 years. A former university professor, she’s an artist, gardener and volunteer who has recently joined the Bouligny board.

Treasurer

Judy is the owner of a Cooking School and has lived in our neighborhood and has been a member of the B.I.A. for the past 10 years. Judy is our Communications Director and has also created and continues to maintain our e-mail distribution list and regularly sends out our e-mail announcements.

Cherie has been living in our neighborhood since 2006 and is currently the Events Committee Chairperson.

Hope is our newest Board Member and is Co-Chair of our Crime Committee.
